Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current beta status - nobody is being charged

Orasty is not currently offering any paid plans. We are in a beta state, and every user gets a free-for-life Pro Plan. To activate it: go to Account Settings, and click the "Activate Pro Plan" button. This section will be updated if and when paid plans are introduced.

2. Future paid features

If and when Orasty introduces paid features, the following applies unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Once a feature is purchased, it is non-refundable until January 10th, 2027.
• Nothing in this section overrides any refund or cancellation right you're entitled to under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and equivalent consumer-protection legislation in your own province, state, or country.

3. Lost, stolen, or bugged features

If a purchased feature is lost, stolen, or affected by a bug, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server or contact [email protected]. We'll do our best to make it right.

4. Taxes

Any future pricing will account for applicable taxes as required by the Excise Tax Act (Canada, including GST/HST) and equivalent tax legislation elsewhere, including obligations under the Income Tax Act where relevant to our own business operations.
