Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026 · This is a beta-stage draft. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, and Orasty may update it as the service develops.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Orasty's website, dashboard, panel, bots, or any related service (together, "Orasty"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use Orasty.
2. Eligibility
- You must be over the age of 13 to create or use an Orasty account.
- You must follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction while using Orasty.
- We may ask you for proof of age if we believe, due to a report or obvious circumstances, that a user is under the age of 13. This may include ID, or other recognition methods.
3. Where Orasty operates
Orasty is initially offered to users in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We may expand to other countries in the future; when we do, the laws of those countries will apply to users there in addition to the terms below.
4. Description of service
Orasty provides moderation and staff-management tools for Roblox ER:LC roleplay communities, including a Discord bot (slash commands, verification, AFK, infraction and leave notices), a Panel for day-to-day staff work (shifts, logs, player lookups, in-game commands) and a Dashboard for server administration (roles, members, activity tracking, integrations, modules, and settings).
5. Accounts
You sign in to Orasty using Discord, and connect a Roblox account. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account and for keeping your connected accounts' credentials secure.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Orasty or attempt to disrupt the service;
- Access servers, accounts, or data you do not have permission to access;
- Use the Panel's built-in run-command feature (or any other Orasty feature) to raid, disrupt, or attack ER:LC servers or their players;
- Give out yourself or other people's personal information publicly, including home address, full legal birthdate or name, or IP address, through Orasty. This does not include your own age or country, which you may choose to share (e.g. in a profile) but are never required to;
- Use Orasty to violate Discord's, Roblox's, or ER:LC's own terms of service; or
- Violate any applicable law, including those referenced in Section 13.
7. Server owner and staff responsibilities
If you connect or create a server on Orasty, you are responsible for the roles, permissions, and role hierarchy you configure, and for how your staff use Orasty's moderation tools - including the ER:LC command feature within your community.
8. The Discord bot, verification and customised messages
- Adding the Orasty bot to a Discord server needs the permissions Discord requires for it. Only add it to servers you own or manage, and keep Discord's own terms and community guidelines.
- Server managers decide which bot features are on (sessions, leave of absence, infractions, verification and AFK) and are responsible for how they use them, including the roles Orasty gives and removes, the nicknames it sets, and the people it messages. Do not use them to harass, discriminate against, or target anyone.
- Anything you customise, such as message text, banners and footer images, is your content. You must have the right to use it, and it must not be illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content or switch off a feature that breaks this.
- Do not use commands or messages to spam, to evade Discord's limits, or to try to verify as someone else. A verification link only works for the Discord account that requested it.
- Infractions, leave decisions and verification outcomes are decisions made by your server's staff, not by Orasty. Orasty is a tool for recording and delivering them. Orasty is not responsible for a DM that cannot be delivered, or for roles it cannot change because of Discord's permissions or role order.
- Orasty may change commands, messages and bot features during beta. The bot's name in your server may show as "Orasty Pro" if the server's owner has Orasty+.
9. Availability
Orasty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during this beta period. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. If you have a bug report, please submit an official bug report through our Discord Server, or by mail.
10. Pro Plan and payments
Orasty is not currently charging for any feature. During this beta period, every user can activate a free-for-life Pro Plan from Account Settings. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy for what happens if and when paid plans are introduced.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Orasty for any account or server that violates these terms or poses a risk to the platform, its users, or other communities.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orasty and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection legislation described below.
13. Governing law and applicable legislation
These terms are governed by common-law contract law and applicable provincial law (Ontario, Canada), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and by the applicable laws of your own country if you are located outside Canada. Depending on where you are and how you use Orasty, the following may also apply: the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA); Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002; Ontario's Electronic Commerce Act, 2000; Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); the Competition Act; the Copyright Act; the Trademarks Act; the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA); the Income Tax Act; the Excise Tax Act; the Business Names Act; the Ontario Human Rights Code; the Employment Standards Act, 2000; the Occupational Health and Safety Act; the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act; the Limitations Act, 2002; other applicable provincial privacy laws; and the applicable laws of any other country where Orasty is offered.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as Orasty develops, especially during this beta period. Continued use of Orasty after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
