ER:LC leave of absence system
Staff request time off, reviewers accept or deny it, and approved leave ends on its own when the period is over.
What you can do
- Staff request leave from their settings, for up to 90 days at a time.
- Reviewers with the manage_loa permission accept or deny requests in the dashboard. The server owner can too.
- Reviewers get a notification for each new request, and the requester is told the decision.
- Turn on the optional LOA Module to post each request to a Discord channel as a card with Accept and Deny buttons, and send the decision as a Discord DM.
- Approved leave is counted in activity waves, so it does not hurt a member's quota.
Built-in safeguards
- Nobody can review their own request unless they own the server.
- A member can cancel a request while it is still pending.
- Only people who signed in to Orasty with their Discord account and hold manage_loa can answer from Discord.

Can staff request leave from Discord?
Leave is requested in the dashboard. With the optional LOA Module, reviewers can accept or deny each request straight from Discord.
