ER:LC shift tracker and staff quotas
Orasty lets your ER:LC staff clock in, take breaks and clock out from the panel, with a live timer. You set a quota for each role and see who is on track.
What you can do
- Start a shift, take a break, end the break and end the shift, all with a live timer.
- Set a custom quota for each role, so Helpers, Mods and Admins can each have their own target.
- See everyone's shift history if you hold the view_shifts permission.
- End someone else's shift if you hold force_end_shifts.
- Run activity waves of 1 to 4 weeks and track each member's progress against their role quota. Days on approved leave are taken into account.
Why staff teams use it
- Quotas stop being a spreadsheet. Each member sees their own progress, and managers see the whole team.
- Shift starts can be posted to a Discord channel through log webhooks.
Common questions
Can each role have a different quota?
Yes. Quotas are set per role, and a role can have its own custom quota.
Does approved leave count against someone's quota?
No. Activity waves account for days a member spends on approved leave of absence.
